Good Girl Gone Bad

This tutorial and tag was written of my own design. Any similarities to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Supplies

Tube of choice: I am using the artwork of No Flutter. I downloaded these tubes from the Creative Misfits forum.
Scrapkit of choice: I am using my own scrapkit called Spring Fling
Mask of choice: Again, not sure where this mask came from. If you know or it's yours. Please let me know so proper credit is given.
Font of choice; I am using Centrury Gothic
Template; I am using a tag from Missy over at Divine Intentionz. You can download it here.
Word Art supplied here.

Elements 

Paper 2
Paper 5
Paper 8
Splatter 2
Splatter 3
 

Let's Get Started

Open your template. 
Size your canvas to 800x800. I like a bigger workspace. You can resize later.
Flood fill white.
Delete the credits layer and the star layers.
Open paper 2. Copy.
Highlight center rectangle layer.
Selections>Select All>Float>Defloat
Paste as new layer
Selections>Invert
Delete
Select none.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete template layer.
Highlight thin rectangle center.
Using magic wand. Select.
New raster.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Select none.
Add drop shadow.
Delete template layer.
Highlight small rectangle layer.
Using magic wand, select rectangle.
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Select none.
Apply texture if you like.
Add drop shadow. 
Delete temp layer.
Merge thin rectangle right and left.
Highlight the merged layer.
Using magic wand, select rectangles.
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Select none.
Apply texture.
Add drop shadow.
Delete temp layer.
Repeat these steps for the following layers:
Circle
Frames
Highlight rectangle back.
Using magic wand, select back.
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Select none.
Add noise.
Add drop shadow.
Delete temp layer.
Repeat for 
Circle back
other rectangle back.
Merge frame backs.
Highlight frame backs.
Using magic wand, select.
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Select none.
Delete temp layer.
Add your word art to the rectangle.
Add drop shadow.
Open your tube(s) 
Copy
Paste into workspace.
Position under frames.
Highlight frame back layers.
Use magic wand, select.
Highlight tube layer.
Selections>Invert
Delete
Select none.
Add drop shadow.
Change layer properties luminance.
Repeat for circle layer and tube.
Add your last tube above all layers.
Add drop shadow.
Open splatter. Copy.
Paste to workspace.
Drag to bottom of layers. 
Position into place.
Open second splatter. Copy.
Paste to worksapce.
Position into place.
Merge the two.
Duplicate.
Mirror.
Flip.
Merge.
Apply mask.
Resize.
Add name and copyright and you are done.

Supplies

Tube of choice: I used the artwork of Misticheskaya. You have to have a license to use this artwork.
Scrapkit of choice: I am using a FTU kit by Chassity over at Polkadot Scraps called O'Lucky. You can download it here. 
Template: I used a template from Denz Designz. You can download it here.
Font of choice: I used Century Gothic
Mask of choice: I do not recall the name of this mask. If you know or if it is your's, please let me know so I can give proper credit.

Elements and papers used

 Paper 1
Paper 2
Paper 3
Paper 4
Paper 5
Paper 6
Paper 7
Clover 1
Flower 5
Leaves 1
Splatter 1
Ribbon 2

Let's get started

Open your template.
Increase your canvas to 800x800. I like a larger workspace. You can resize later.
Delete the credits layer.
Open paper 3 copy.
Highlight pink rectangle layer.
Selections>Select All>Float>Defloat
Paste paper as new layer
Selections>Invert>Delete>Select none.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete template layer.
Repeat this process for the following
Black square 1 & 2-Paper 2
Large Strip-Paper 1
Pink Strip- Paper 7
Heart Scatter- paper 6
Add drop shadows and delete temp layers.
Merge your circle layers together.
Highlight circle layer.
With magic wand, select both circles
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Apply Tow The Line.
I used these settings: 80 54 48 9
Add drop shadow.
Merge your dotted cirlce layers together.
Adjust the color to your liking.
Highlight frame layer.
With magic wand select frame
New raster layer
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Add drop shadow. 
Delete temp layer.
Apply mask with paper 5
Add your elements.
Being sure to add drop shadows as you go.
With the clover, I applied Mura Meister's Copies.
I used swirl and the default settings.
Open your tube. Copy.
Paste to your workspace. 
Position into place.
Highlight frame back layer.
Select frame back with magic wand.
Highlight tube layer.
Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None
Add drop shadow.
Resize.
Add name and copyright.
And your done.

Repeat for square 2 with paper 1.
Delete both template layers.
Highlight square 3.
Select with magic wand.
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Add drop shadow of choice.
Repeat for square 4.
Delete template layers.
Open paper 5. Copy.
Highlight center square.
Selections>Select All>Float>Defloat
Paste as new layer
Selections>Select none.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete template layer.
Highlight slat 1
Use magic wand and select.
New raster layer. 
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Add Tow the Line plug in.
I used these settings; 80,54,448,0
Add drop shadow of choice.
Repeat for slat 2.
Delete template layers.
Highlight rectangles.
Use magic wand. Select.
New raster layer.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Apply Tramages Panel Strip. 
I used the default settings.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete template layer.
Highlight frame 1.
Use magic wand. Select.
New raster.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None.
Apply Panel Strip.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete template layer.
Highlight Frame 2.
Use magic wand. Select.
New raster.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Add drop shadow.
Delete template layer.
Repeat with frame 3.
For Framebacks 1,2 & 3
Highlight layer
Use magic wand. Select.
New raster.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None.
Apply texture effect Blinds
Delete template layers.
Highlight Circles layer.
Use magic wand. Select.
New raster.
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections>None
Apply Tow the Line.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete template layer.
Highlight diamond layers.
Adjust the color to match your tag.
Open your tube. Copy.
Paste to workspace. Mirror
Position where you like in the frames. 
Duplicate 2 times and move those below frames in your layers panel.
Starting with frame back 1, use your magic wand, select.
Highlight tube, Selections>Invert>Delete>Selections>None
Add drop shadow of choice. 
Repeat for the next 2 tubes.
See example for placement and way it should look.
Copy tube again.
Paste into workspace.
Position in place.
Add drop shadow.
Add your elements. Don't forget drop shadows.
Apply your mask.
Resize.
Add name and copyright.
And your done.

Radical Scrap Kit

I have a new scrap kit for you. I haven't been able to post in about 2 weeks. Been having some computer issues. I think I am finally back to normal. Today is the fastest my net has moved. LOL!! If you download my kit, please leave some love. And I would love to see what you make with it.
