USE MY TAG AS REFERENCE FOR PLACEMENT
DOWNSIZE YOUR ELEMENTS TO YOUR LIKING.
ADD YOUR DROP SHADOWS AS YOU GO.

Let's Get Started

Open a new canvas 800x800
Flood fill white.
Open element 20 
Resize 30%
C/P to workspace
Apply Mura Meisters Copies to elements
*encircle
*use default settings except change the number to 20
 You should now have a circle frame.

Using magic wand
Select inside of frame
Selections-Modify-Expand-6
New raster layer
Flood fill with color of choice
Selections-None

Open tube
C/P to workspace
Position above frame
Duplicate tube
Drag duplicate below frame layer
Highlight original tube
Erase any hanging over
Highlight Duplicate tube
Erase any hanging
Apply drop shadow to duplicate tube only.

Open paper 3.
C/P to workspace
Apply mask

Now open your elements
C/P to workspace
Cluster your elements to your liking.
*FOR ELEMENT 6 I DOWNSIZED A LITTLE AND APPLIED MURA'S AGAIN ONLY USED SPIRAL AND PLACED ABOVE MASK*

Resize your tag
Add your name
Add copyright and your done.

C/P to workspace
Using magic wand
Select inside of frame.
Selections-Modify-Expand-6
New raster layer
Flood fill with color of choice.
Selections-None
Add a texture of choice

Open your elements
Cluster elements to your liking.

Open tube
C/P to workspace
Drag below frame layer
Duplicate tube
Drag above frame and elements
Erase any excess tube

Open paper 1
C/P to workspace
Apply mask

Resize tag.
Add your name.
Add copyright
And your done!!!!

Open the frame or create your own
Highlight the frame layer
Selections-Float-Defloat
Open paper 6
C/P to workspace
Selections-Invert
Hit delete
Selections-None
I applied a glass plugin to mine.

Highlight green colored layer
Selections-Float-Defloat
New raster
Flood fill with color of choice
Selections-None
Delete green layer.
Apply texture to flood filled layer

Open tube
C/P to work space
Position into place
Drag tube layer below frame layer
Duplicate tube
Drag above frame layer
Erase any hanging outside of frame from both tubes.

Open your elements
C/P to workspace 
Position to your liking

Open paper 2
C/P to workspace
Apply mask

Resize tag.
Add name
Add copyright
And  your done.

Open tube
C/P to workspace.
Position behind clustered elements.
Erase any excess of tube
C/P tube to workspace again.
Position below frame layer
Using magic wand,
Highlight flood fill layer
Click with magic wand
Highlight tube layer
Selections-Invert
Hit delete
Selections-None
Duplicate tube
Mirror
Merge together the tubes.
Apply blend mode of Lumincance(Legacy)
Drop opacity to 62
Apply Xero-Radiance Plug in
Open paper 8
C/P to workspace
Apply Mask.
Resize tag to your liking.
Add your name.
Add your copyright
And you are done!!

Let's Get Started

Open new canvas layer 800x800
Flood fill white
Open frame 
C/P to workspace
Using magic wand
Select inside of frame.
Selections-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand-(increase the number till marching ants are past frame)
New raster layer
Flood fill with color of choice
Selections-None
There is already a drop shadow to the frame. Add another if you wish.
Apply a texture to the flood fill layer if you like.
Open your tube
C/P to workspace
Position into place
Duplicate tube
Move dup below frame layer
Highlight original tube
Erase any excess
Highlight Dup tube
Erase any excess
Now open your elements
C/P to workspace
Arrange elements to your liking
Open paper 8 
C/P to workspace
Apply mask
Resize tag
Add name
Add copyright

Now to animate

In psp, Right click on tag
Copy merged
Take over to Animation Shop
Paste as new animation.
Open your animation
Select all on your animation
Resize your animation to 100
On your tag duplicate as many times as your animation is
Select All
On animation
Copy
On tag
Paste into selected frame
View your animation
If you like
save
And your done.
